What would you do if you have the ability of read other minds?

We made a composition explaining what would we do if we were in that situation.

The right one (corrections are in brackets)

If I could read other people minds I would use ir with (for) criminals in jail so I could know (now) if they´re innocent or not, even I would stop or try to stop people who would try or think commit some kind of crime.

Also if I were able to read other minds I wouldn´t use it on (in) normal people because life is private but maybe I´d try (tried) with my sisters or a girlfriend.
